To  use the mission editor, you must first download the Java runtime environment.
Then download the mission editor.

To customize the mission editor:

Download MissionEditor.zip, extract it, and from the command prompt run:
    java MissionEditorFrame
to run the customized editor.

You can change the choices available in the mission editor by editing any of the following text files in your newly extracted directory:

• comms.txt
• sectors.txt
• ships.txt
• videos.txt
